Terms and Conditions

1. General

These Conditions apply to every sale of products ('Products') by Ledsreact. The Products are designed and sold exclusively for professional and business use. By placing an order ('Order'), the buyer ('Customer') warrants that they are purchasing the Products for commercial purposes and not as a consumer (i.e., for personal, family, or household use). By completing the purchase, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood, and unreservedly accepted these Conditions.

2. Price

All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices exclude transport, insurance, and any import or export duties or customs clearance costs. These additional costs, including any applicable taxes, are the responsibility of the Customer, especially for deliveries outside the European Union.

If the Customer is eligible for VAT-exempt intra-community purchases or international exports, VAT will be deducted automatically at checkout, provided the conditions are met.

3. Payment Terms

The online payments for the Products are handled and processed by our external payment provider Mollie. The Products can be paid for by credit card, bank transfer, or other supported methods via our e-shop on the website. The Customer expressly authorizes Ledsreact to charge the Customer the due costs on a one-time basis using the payment details provided.

4. Termination

Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 4 of these Conditions, if the Customer fails to fulfill its contractual obligations such as, for example, non-payment, Ledsreact may terminate the sale. The Products must be returned within 48 hours.

5. Delivery

Orders will be shipped within 5 business days after full payment is received. The products are delivered to the address indicated on the Order. Ledsreact is not liable for any errors by the Customer in providing this information or for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

For any Products designated as a pre-order, the delivery schedule and terms will be governed by the conditions specified at the time of purchase. These pre-order conditions will supersede the standard delivery terms outlined in this section where applicable.

For international (non-EU) deliveries, including to the United States, the Customer is responsible for any applicable import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees. Ledsreact is not liable for delays due to customs processing.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal, as provided for in the Belgian Economic Law Code, applies exclusively to consumers. As established in Article 1 of these Conditions, the Customer warrants that they are purchasing Products for professional, business, or commercial purposes and not as a consumer.

Consequently, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to any purchase made under these Conditions. All sales are considered final, without prejudice to the return policy outlined in Article 8.

7. Ownership

Without prejudice to the foregoing, the delivered Products remain the property of Ledsreact until full settlement of the invoice. Ledsreact reserves the right to reclaim Products that have not been fully paid for from the person where these Products were located.

8. Returns

Returns must be requested by the Customer online via email at support@ledsreact.com within 30 days of the date of receipt, following the outlined return process provided by our customer support team. International returns must be clearly marked as "Returned Goods" to avoid customs charges. Any such charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

9. Intellectual Property

Ledsreact remains the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights relating to our Products as well as the name and logo under which they are offered and its images. Our written permission is necessary for the use of images or logos of our Products in, among other things, magazines, daily and weekly newspapers, on websites or on the internet, or for transmission to third parties.

10. Data Protection

When placing Orders, the Customer may be asked for some personal data. Ledsreact undertakes to guarantee the confidentiality of this data and to handle it respectfully. More information regarding the processing of personal data by Ledsreact can be found in our Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable Law

Any dispute between the Customer and Ledsreact shall be governed exclusively by Belgian law. The courts of Ghent, division Kortrijk, shall have jurisdiction to hear any dispute, regardless of the reason.
